To insert a box at the same level as the selected box but before it, click Add Shape Before. To insert a box one level above the selected box, click Add Shape Above. The new box takes the position of the selected box, and the selected box and all the boxes directly below it are each demoted one level. Open your spreadsheet and select the database. Click Insert > Insert Statistical Chart > Histogram. The chart drops in and opens the Chart Tools/Design Ribbon menus.
Follow these steps to create a flow chart. On the Insert tab, click Shapes.
To choose a shape, point to it for a Screen Tip and see the name of the shape. For example:. Rectangle is a process shape, used for main steps in the process. The diamond is a decision shape, used to show a decision point in the process. The elongated oval is a terminator shape, used to start and end the process.
